What is Pen Publishing's web hosting billing method?
Hosting service is billed on a 30-day billing period.

Invoices for hosting service are sent 30 days prior to billing close date (Invoice Date). All invoices are due on date of presentment (Invoice Date). All Invoices and renewal notices, as well as all other critical communications from Pen Publishing, will be sent to the e-mail address account of record. It is the responsibility of each customer to see that this e-mail address is current and accurate to assure the timely receipt of all Pen Publishing communications, including invoices.
To assure the timely payment of all invoices we suggest that payment be made automatically via credit card, debit card.
