What is Pen Publishing's web hosting billing method?
Hosting service is billed on a 30-day billing period.
What forms of payment are available?
Payment can be made by check, or by credit card. We also accept most major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover
How can I get a copy of my hosting invoice?
You may request a copy of your invoice by e-mailing us at billing@penpublishing.com or
call 316-651-0551.
What is the Account Suspension notification process?
A "72 Hour Suspension Notice" is sent to all past due accounts advising that the account will be disabled in 72 hours, if past the due balance is not resolved.
How do I cancel my account?
You may cancel you account by e-mail at billing@penpublishing.com or calling 316-651-0551.
