What is White Listing?
White listing a spam or blocked legitimate email allows these messages to pass through to your email box.

Many Spammer send both legitimate, welcome email messages, as well as the unwanted spam. Once an email broadcasting company gets branded as a spammer, all their email messages are banned by the Spam Filter Manager. However, if your Spam Filter Manager is blocking legitimate email messages, you can white list the sender through webmail. White listing a spam or blocked legitimate email allows these messages to pass through to your email box.
