I want to take this time and thank you for an incredible year. Pen Publishing Interactive had a record year in sales. This was all made possible through your support and trust.
One of our most exciting projects this year was the launch of our upgraded customer control panel. We wanted to give you a better way to view your invoices, pay online and make purchases. (Because we all know how hard it is to keep track of the paper trail.)
As technology continues to change, we want to make sure we offer you the best online tools, services and products for your business. With this in mind, we created a YouTube channel to keep you updated on tech tips and product updates. To see the YouTube channel link and other highlights, scroll below.
We managed to fit in some down time this summer. Pen formed their very first soccer team and in July, competed at the Sunflower State Games in Topeka. My wife and I were once again "soccer" parents. We made a lot of fun memories that weekend with our staff and their families.
As December comes to a close, I want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. We are looking forward to working with you in the New Year.

Since 1979, Insul-Vest® has been the most established thermal insulation manufacturer for the plastics industry. Their product offerings include off-the-shelf and custom designed patented thermal insulation products for medium to high-temperature applications.
With an upcoming trade show, they decided it was time to shake the dust off their website. In addition to updating their website to FlipperSD™, we refreshed their logo and designed a promotional flyer for the trade show.
We're excited to announce that FlipperSiteDeveloper CMS™ is now FlipperSD™. For over 15 years, FlipperSD™ has powered hundreds of websites for Pen Publishing's partners. The new version was released this month.

Highlights from Our Year
At the Hearts & Hands Reception on Nov. 5, 2018, Pen Publishing was honored for their contribution to the Ronald McDonald House Charities in Wichita, KS.
Pen Publishing supported Heather's Ride on July 8, 2018 at Lake Afton. This cycling event helps raise funds for visually impaired kids who want to attend Heather's Camp.
Our Pen Pub FC team made their debut for the 3x3 soccer tournament at the Sunflower State Games in Topeka on July 21, 2018.
