June 21st marked the first day of summer. My family makes a summer bucket list. That list usually includes visits to the lake, planting enough tomatoes to make plenty of BLTs and finding the perfect summer drink with the least amount of ingredients. We are also trying something new - growing potatoes in pickle buckets. And of course, we found the how-to video on YouTube. (Which, by the way, was fascinating!)
With technology constantly changing, we know how much easier it is to "see" how something works. Last year, we
launched our own YouTube channel. Pen's channel
consists of helpful step-by-step video tutorials that range from how to create forms
on your website to other tech tips. If you still have questions after you watch a video, give us call at (316) 651-0551 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are proud to be a sponsor for Heather's Ride. This event is a non-competitive cycling event to help raise funds for children with visual impairments to attend Heather's Camp. The camp was established in 2001 to honor the life of Heather Muller and provide children the experience of "summer camp".
Please consider joining us by taking this fun ride through scenic Kansas roads on July 14th!
If you can't participate in Heather's Ride, you can donate online for Heather's Camp.
One of the most frustrating things I see while surfing the internet are unsecured websites. This is a problem that can easily be fixed with a Secured Socket Layer (SSL) certificate.
The certificates are used to establish an encrypted connection and allow data to be transmitted securely between a browser or user's computer and a server or a website.
Pen Publishing offers four different types of SSL certificates. If you aren't sure what type of certificate you need for your website, contact us at (316) 651-0551 or email at email@example.com for a recommendation.
From all of us here at Pen, we want to wish you a safe and Happy 4th of July!
